Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged, defective, or short-shipped product will be replaced or credited in full if reported within 72 hours of delivery, with photo documentation.

Returns
Unopened, full-case product in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping. Opened cases are not eligible for return.
